Returns & Exchanges


We offer free returns - we want you to be happy with your order. So, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Hardvark products you can return them for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot promise a full refund. But get in touch with us if you're unhappy and we'll try and put things right. We are passionate about making products that make people's lives better.

Returns are free in the UK - we include a prepaid shipping label in every box. If you have lost the shipping label, email us at and we can send you another.

If you are returning internationally, you will have to pay return postage. We encourage you to use a carrier that provides a tracking number. Without this, we can’t honour a refund or exchange on a missing package.

We don’t refund any postage charges on the original order, but if you want to exchange the item, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.  


To return your purchase:

  • All garments must be returned in their original packaging and boxes, unworn, unwashed, and with their labels intact.
  • Please use one box for all items that need to be returned or exchanged.
  • Complete and enclose the returns form, indicating whether you would like an exchange or refund.
  • For exchanges, please include the item and size you would prefer as a replacement. Please note any new items must be of the same value or less than the returned items.
  • Please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
  • Please ensure that the original label has been covered or removed.
  • Please retain your shipping documentation and tracking number until the refund or exchange is complete.

Please make sure you include the completed returns form within your return package. If you no longer have this, please email us at and we’ll email the form to you. The returns form contains information that enables us to identify your order and process your refund or exchange correctly.


For underwear:

We do not accept underwear returns for the obvious reason that we cannot put it back into stock. If you got the wrong size first time round, email us at and we will send you another pair in a different size for no extra charge.


Returns processing:

We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, so please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be completed. We will contact you via email to confirm completion.
